Now presenting… “BUROCRATIC ADVENTURES 2: RETURN OF THE RED TAPE”

Fred Bloggs.

Of all the things the EU has done over the years, i have to admit that this one suprised me.
The EU is now going to be producing a comic book, detailing the crimefighting shennanigans of two European Commission bureaucrats.
Take that free market capitalism! *BLAMMO!*
Eat this civil liberties! *THWAP!*
Wave goodbye Freedom of speech *KLONK!*

He and his sort made then get like that

Michael Winning

The lubes frozen in the tractor sumps, but the Police are like they are because this lot gave them all that diversity nonsense and institutionalised rascism to contend with. He can’t talk about it now, so he’s pretending they’re lazy buggers.

Not the ones I know, they’ll skin you for a halfpenny.

Update, it seems Simon Heffer agrees. 2nd Jan 2010

Signs and portents

Michael Winning

It says in the Daily Mail that burgulators are using a form of sign language to each other. Well what did you exepct, they had to learn something in State Schools under New Labour so I guess this was it. here’s some@

And here’s some I drew myself just now@

Keeep away from crazed property-protector!

Better not try going in here...

What the British State DNA database is for

Michael Winning

(Not too many tupos I hope,)

This article may disappear. No really. Apparently it’s done so once already* and may do again. Legiron who Ive just found has posted thispiece here, which tells of a woman, a lawyer in fact, who now can’t get a job as she’s “on the DNA database”. Just that it seems. She lost an employment opportunity (with the State no less, but wait till tesco and others get on the roller) because of a wrong accuastion, and even about something trivial.

So what’s in store then for those accused – also wrongly – of worse things like British-State-thoughtcrimes? They wont’t even get shelf-fillers’ jobs in Asda or Kwiksave – let alone Waitrose!

So this is what it’s for – and there are 6 million people on it nearly, the Police sure have not been idle, all those swabs to take by force, eh? Need personpower for that, you do!

*Someone called Longrider has got a link to the piece too.

Might as well quote this from Longriderer:-

Update: The Economic Voice has more.

This effectively creates a new class of criminal, the ‘guilty innocents’. We used to have a system where you were either guilty or you were innocent. Now you can be left in limbo for 6 years. Remember also that the government’s original plans, but for the intervention of the EU, was for indefinite holding of DNA! Food for thought.

Had she not been going for a job that requires police background clearances she may well never have realised the repercussions of these new rules. Most people will just dismiss this as an isolated case to be ignored, but it could easily happen to anyone by just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Just because it may happen infrequently doesn’t make it right.

Quite. Remember, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.

But to cheer yous all up I’ve found this:-

The Great Pretender

Fred Bloggs.

“Anti-Social Behavior”; it’s a word you hear alot these days, often when referring to people with racing stripes on their trousers and who are under the delusion that it is always raining. Examples of “Anti-Social Behavior” include; throwing bricks through windows, shoplifting, destruction of property, and all sorts of thing that you hear about in the news regulary.
The thing is, it’s not “Anti-Social Behavior”, it’s crime.
I don’t care how you spin it, it’s still crime. But the gorvernment continues to look at these people and says that “It’s not these peoples fault, it’s societies.” What is society made up of? People.

In my opinion, i think that the government is trying to brag to other countries by saying “Crime is down for the 12th year running”…..But this
so-called “Anti-Social Behavior” is on the rise. I wonder why.
Could it be that crime has been re-labled “Anti-Social Behavior” in an effort to lower the numbers and make it sound nicer? Maybe.
But they say “We are combating “Anti-Social Behavior” with harsh measures, called ASBOs.” Which basically consist of the Police asking the felon to “promise s/he won’t do it again”
Now, is it just me and my cynicism, or is there a minor flaw in that plan? Wherin they just might have had their fingers crossed as they promised, or that, being not very nice, they break their promise (assuming the police bring in anti-finger crossing methods) and commit more crime “Anti-Social Behavior” and starting the cycle all over again.

Look Mr. Brown, stop pretending that all this crime isn’t happening, and do something. And Community Service dosn’t count. Ever.

I would like to see…

…a political party that has the courage to say:-

WE  WILL  PUT  FEWER  POLICE  ON  THE  STREETS  AND  ON  THE  “BEAT”,

for the solution is Good People and NOT more police.

David Davis (not that one, Ephraim Hardcastle)

Everybody likes to throw rotten cabbages at poor, innately good, motivated Iain Duncan-Smith. But what else would you suggest right now?

“More Police” may look like a sign of success: their presence may indeed locally and transiently resist the rise in figures for acts of  bad-ness. But their existence is an effect of failure, and not success. People should think more, and so they ought to read more books – and I did NOT mean winners of the “Booker Prize” books.

There ought also to be a way for the Free Market to discover how there might be lots and lots of money to be made for James R Murdoch, by having less Wireless Tele Vision. Or preferably none at all for a few years.

Oh, and we could restock “Libraries” with a couple more books each, by having strong thugs on the premises who could lift wheelchairs full of the Disabled up to a height of about 8 or 9 feet.

Sunday afternoon thoughts on male aggression, and socialism

David Davis

WE watched, as is usual when we have the time, the Belgian Formula 1 GP, which was slightly less unexciting than normal owing to a good pile-up on the first lap. Perhaps we subliminally enjoyed the implied violence? I do not know….

…There is something wrong with today’s car-racing tracks, which I will deal with in time. But in short, they are (1) too short, (2) have got too many really really sharp corners straight after the start, and (3) don’t allow driver/car-changes midstream if you prang or the driver gets killed, and (4) don’t allow you to jump into the spare car (and where is it then?) while the track is still covered with shrapnel. Peter Davis and I did a nice track nearly two years ago on here, about 26 miles long and rather interesting on Googleearth. We will come back to it. You can serch for it in the meantime.

But…..male aggression. It’s probably one of the things that made Homo sapiens sapiens as successful as (he) is, in the battle for survival against shithead short-arsed-bears bureaucrats, sabre-tooth tigers Soviets, and so on. I have been thinking about this for some time as I find that male students vary considerably in their ability to manage or mask or evince aggression as a statement of attitude, and it does seem to vary corelationally by school. (The Governmint might want to know that.)  Janet Daley today examines what she suggests the fascist PC-left have done to being about the explosion of gang culture and knife crime among young boys and young men. It’s worth a read, even though lots of libertarians don’t like her.

In “New Britain”, youth male aggression is not channelled, and so individual directionless crime is rife: why? Because:-

(1) There are no fathers, only “mums”. Girls are born to “mums”, but boys are born by parthenogenesis to “single partners”. “Fathers” are just devices which prodice the necessary gametes, seemingly on demand (I can’t figure out how or why.)

(2) Young boys have to have their heads shaved at three and watch football all day on the Wireless Tele Vision, and “hang out”.

(3) “Schools” have sold their football fields for the building of “affordable housing”, so there are no “competitive sports” which foster “elitism and “inequality” anyway, and so are bad.

(4) The Naitonalised Curriculum has been voided of content and also femiNazised, in order to render school (on purpose) seemingly useless to boys, so that they can be made to prefer streetgangs as a form of daytime outdoor relief.

Socialism (a fungus) of course needs this machinery to propagate within what is otherwise a highly-ordered civilisation, formed sort of accidentally under liberty.

Is socialism a fungus born out of evolution and natural selection, and which exploits a niche? DISCUSS

Libertarian Alliance quote of the day, no-24,689B/42z3 … 0550-ABFF-09CC-042E

And before you even think of reading on, this is scary.

David Davis

From Legiron:-

“….Therefore you must be on the database on the off-chance you commit a crime in future. You cannot be trusted to behave yourself. The State must watch over you in case you step out of line. All the time. With coercion and threats….”

I don’t normally allow swearing and 4-letter words on the blog: it is a family blog for women and children as well as all us thugs. That’s why we feature people like Keeley Hazell in their pretty knickers and smalls, and why we discuss the finer points of the Holocaust, and the problems of human cruelty by GFNs.

There are quite sufficient classical liberal bolgs out there to satisfy anybody’s apetite for that sort of four-letter-**** thing, and you all know which they are. But this State-DNA crap makes you want to utter them too.

WE are not their effing farm-animals: they don’t pay to keep us – we pay to keep THEM.

Ministers are determined to spread more crime

More drugs to be banned or further proscribed in various ways.

The Occam’s Razor- reason has to be that then they can employ more police.

People do not learn that hard cases make bad law: moreover, that if one proscribes or prohibits the dealing in and possession of something, one will increase its street price by something like 20x to 100x.

About 90% of moderate-to-serious crime in the UK is related to the compulsion to acquire cash for currently-illegal drugs. Now, if trade in or possession of these was decriminalised, then almost all of this crime would disappear straight away: the Police could “spend time doing more useful things” like…..er…..chasing motorists….. (no I don’t think we’ll go there right now…) and the £100-a-day habit would become the £5-a-day habit.

Glaxo-Smith-Kline, Ciba-Geigy and Schering-Plough and others could compete legally to supply the purest and safest drugs at the lowest prices, assuming the market was large enough for major players which I doubt.

Perhaps we could even move towards governments “promising (owing to efficiency savings) to put fewer police on the beat”….

Now that would be a result – for Liberty!

Private policing begins….

….but I doubt it will take off, as there are too few people left in the UK who have the will and the ability to make a large difference, and we have so little time left: the U-bend atop the cesspool is nearly up to us.

Wrong analysis of rural recession crime

David Davis

Read about it here.

The reason you te more crime in rural areas in the Dark Ages is that there’s fewer people about.

Pubs are all closed and dead because of no-smoking and no vertical drinking.

No possible amount of police you could deploy, owing to logistic problems, could solve the fact that if you have a £15,000 Chippendale Commode under ZanuLieBorg, and you live in an isolated house in Much-Binding-in-the-Marsh, then some hood will remove it from you.

The solution is not “more Police”.  This is the typical socialist solution, as propounded by the Tories. I do /not want to/ live in a country which has “more police”. This represents failure, a Falling from Grace for a civilisation, and an suggestion that people can only be made “good” by force and threats: the definition of “good” also suffers as a result, as it becomes artificial and at the whim of the police-paymasters.

This way, crime will not be solved until the entire nation consists of “Police”, and we shall all be watching each other.

The solution is /better people/.

Then, political parties will self-hucksterise on the platform of “fewer police”…or even “no police”.

I would like to live in a society where there was no need for “the police”. They sort of morph, into, well, you know, worse kinds of police. And the more money for police, the faster they morph.

/Better people/ will come into being automatically, when socialism fails to be taught as a /MEME/ in “courses”.

Discuss.

Life imitates art: the concept of “pre-arrest” has arrived…

…courtesy of Camden Fuzz. Englishman’s Castle has the low-down.

David Davis

Yep, that’s the way GramscoFabiaNazis do it! get their DNA on the database now, and they won’t commit crimes, will they!

Anti-racists better look into it – I bet 37p that most of the poor buggers are black youths….

The MP buggers are going to get nasty now….

David Davis

This could be fun. Guido (of course, who else?) has a thing about the panic about the leak about a leak. How could you not laugh, I mean it’s just got silly now? Here’s the rest of it.

If they have allowable expenses, then they can’t complain if details are published – or even published by people they don’t like, which is what the fuss seems to be about.

IF THEY HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE, THEN THEY HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR.

I can’t see that involving the poor, overworked and underpaid British Police (who are of course unarmed as is natural in a Classical liberal civilisation) can help matters at all. The Police are very, very busy, catching burglars and muggers. They can’t cope even with that stuff, so they are also having a rest from time to time by looking for motorists, smokers, illegal parkers, defenders of one’s home, envirocriminals, people who download music tracks (whatever those may be), and other various kinds of nasty antisocial scumbags.

Except to help us to get  _[all]_  the money  _[and houses and bath-plugs]_   back, when a Libertarian Administration will have been elected with a landslide majority.

Nightjack is shutting shop, but there’s still lots to say

David Davis

There are, some say, 130 million blogs. I have no idea, and it doesn’t matter really, for 129,900,000 are read by one person a day, and you can guess who. I don’t even bother with “David Davis” and “Ordure! Ordure!” – not yet anyway, for I write nothing there at this time, being busy enough with this one. (We do try to think about what to write, you know.)

But via The Landed Underclass, our primary eyes and ears in the foremast director position, for he spends much time there, and from whom we learned first I think about Nightjack. Nightjack states that he now has said everything he thinks he ought to, and has other plans, such as a book which is fair enough – he does have a job to hold down too.

Says Nightjack:-

It is still fun but  I have now written  down everything that I think is worth me writing. In some areas I am conscious that I am starting to repeat myself.  If I keep on going I believe that I will end up spending the next year or so attack blogging the government rather than blogging about policing.  I don’t want to be all about that. There are plenty of other people doing that better already.

But, attack-blogging the government will provide everyone who wants to, and more besides, with more than enough material, almost for ever….sadly. In an ideal world, none of us liberal blggers would need to do what we do: we could become rich instead by selling things people want to buy, such as electricity, burgers deep-fried in goose-fat, tungsten, cars, steel, space-rockets, cigarettes, and sex. Furthermore, if we do not attack-blog the government, stridently, enthusiastically and with relentless ferocity, then it and lookers-on will start to think that it is winning, and we are losing heart.

Governments know, with perfect clarity, what they are doing, and they are doing it all, without exception, on purpose. They are composed of GramscoFabiaNazis, which is the sort of person who wants to be a GoverNazi – and that’s it, just it.  And thus everything is pre-planned and pre-agreed by them, from the first places where they meet each other: for these are astonishingly bright people we are up against, and not only that, but they have been to the finest education establishments you can buy, and have met each other and have been Eagletonized, and vulcanised, to (jack)boot (sorry.).

For example, there was no “mistake” or “oversight”, or “error”, on the part of the husband of “Jacqui” “Smith”, a “Bair Babe”,  in claiming for whatever passed as “pornography”: it was claimed for deliberately, to check if it would get through, so that other MPs would know thereafter that they could do it also, and that this sort of expense would pass. There is no other reason – as the bugger is the Home Secretary, and his wife the “Bair Babe” sits in Parliament and does his wishes, this must have been the plan.

Nightjack’s loss to us in The Line is sad: his perspective as a proper Serving Police Officer was useful and illuminating, but his ceasing to write will not be a disaster. Others will come. But if you have any favourite Nightjack posts, I guess you’d better copy-paste them down to your Type Writing Machine as soon as you can, for as he says, his blog will self-destruct in not many days, as they do.

Shame on the buggers

The Recording-Angel

Five million now on the DNA database….and we bet you 50 Solidi a disproportionately high number of them are black or asian young men…Shame on the Home Office buggers, for their racism, in taking these minorities, which they have created in corrupt imitation of real ones: then setting them up as policing-groups of interest, and then using them as pawns to create the world’s biggest State DNA Database by sleight of hand.

Bad stuff. Our boss is very angry. And look at the money that the buggers claim for, whether “within the guidelines” or not. We owuld get better value from 600 old ladies – who used to run post offices, but can’t now because there aren’t any. The worst are the socialist-democrasts, which surprises us somewhat: we were almost sure it would be the Nazis in ZanuLieBorg.

we here can see that it is humiliation enough, to be part of a nation whose Political Class has been allowed, by us the electors and suppsedly the masters of these fell people, to get away with such a scam. For such a nation to be the actual birthplace and home of modern Classical liberalism is a further self-inflicted  humiliation: it is indeed comparable to that which the German people must have felt and suffered, and suffered for later – when they found they had inadvertently elected a Stalinist Gramsco-Marxian, together with his private army of thugs.

We were forced to admit about 50 million Souls who were not due for housing until some time later, it put a strain on the finances I can tell you. And all because a highly-educated and civilised people was not awake.

Lord Ahmed – Was it Just?

Communicated to Dr Sean Gabb

Hi Sean,

Have you been following the story of Lord Ahmed?

He was jailed last month after admitting sending 3 text messages
and receiving 2 others about 10-15 minutes before a fatal
accident (2 minutes before he arrived on the scene) on the M1
near Rotherham, South Yorkshire, on Christmas Day 2007.

It is widely accepted that the accident was in no way Ahmed’s
fault and the court accepted that the texting and accident were
un-related events.

Ahmed had no fault in the crash, as it happened 15 minutes
before he arrived at the crash site.  The crashed car was facing
the wrong direction in the fast lane when he arrived and swerved
violently to avoid it but unfortunately clipped the open door.
It had already been clipped by 2 other cars.

Martyn Gombar who was killed, was found to be drunk, which
some believe caused the crash in the first place as well as him
standing in such a dangerous place, trying to retrieve his phone.

The impact sadly killed Mr Gombar and briefly knocked Lord
Ahmed unconscious. It also resulted in injuries to his Wife and
Mother who were in the car.

Ahmed then got out to help warn other motorists before the
emergency services arrived.

It seems that the judge sent him to prison not because of anything
to do with the accident – which was not his fault – but because
he admitted to texting while driving.

This is not the first time that someone has gone to prison for this
and it will certainly not be the last.

So the question is: Did Lord Ahmed deserve to receive a prison
sentence for texting whilst driving?

Take the poll: http://btst.co.uk/poll4/

Whether he deserved it or not, I never, ever want this type of
thing to happen to any BTST Member and for that reason I called
my Installer Ian Roots of Iris In-Car last night and agreed a price
for BTST Members to have a Parrot Hands Free kit professionally
installed in your car.

I’ll email you the link later in the week when we have the page up.

All the best,

The ZanuLieBorg British State hates poor people….

….and it is probably privately still “utterly relaxed about people getting filthy rich”….(was it Mandelson or Blair said that? Does it even matter?)

…and “And There Was Me Thinking” has noticed what I have noticed too. She, however, views the interfering State medical-Gramsco-MarxiaNazis in a slightly less positive light than I do.

David Davis

…but we have, just in, “Price of Alcohol could double”.

It’s bad enough for wretched stalinised poor people, who are those who mostly smoke, being charged 25p (about 0.22 Euro or 16 cents US) for a fag, and who have little else in the way of worthhwile pleasures in life except horrible nasty lefty State Tele Vision (for which they also have to oay the BBC regardless.)

Make their alcohol – probably the only other thing that’s nice in their sad lives that they have left –  double the price, and it will do nothing but drive more petty crime in the direction of nicking the stuff.

Intelligent people, such as big crime bosses, will also get into the act of fermenting and distilling hooch on a large and untaxed scale. Does the Government really want that? Does the NHS really want the fallout from that – both in crimestats and secondary health effects?

UPDATE1:- The Landed Underclass explains trenchantly why the ZanuLieBorg GramscoNaziNannies don’t understand economics. It’s why their only pretence at a “Reich” failed, after all: RIP 1917-1991.

UPDATE2:- The Remittance Man demolishes the AlcoGramscoNazis mathematically. Do go read the whole thing.

UPDATE3:- Legiron does a comprehensive fisking job on Lamebrain Donaldson too.

Guns: confiscation of legally held weapons in Germany will be next.

David Davis

UPDATE1:- On second thoughts, perhaps the poor tormented bugger was just deranged and so could not get a girlfriend like we even managed to do, despite being barking and turning into libertarians. See … Here.

…..But….why do the deranged always seem to have access to shagloads of guns? Does the presence of guns actually lead to mental derangement? I’d not have thought so, but I do not know. Do you?

David Davis

I almost can’t watch this saga any more – I really can’t. It’s like a tragic play, in which you always know what’s going to happen in the next scene, but you’re not sure where.

In one civilised Western nation after another, a multiple-fatal-shooting is staged, usually at a school (to maximise the parental anguish involved, and to mobilize a million mums, plus harden public opinion against “shooters”.)

The Australians were clever: they did it at a popular tourist/beauty spot in Tasmania. The British rather overdid it at Dunblane, using a primary school (really gross, that – you could just about stomach the slaughter of secondary-school pupilas but not little kids, surely?) but I guess they were in a hurry to get all of absolutely everbody’s firearms before the 90s-Tories’ New Labour Project was to kick off properly.

Then, in more or less short-order, “legislation is enacted” to deprive one more section of the law-abiding community of all its guns – category by category, one at a time.

Of course, illegally-held weapons remain untouched. Some “security-theatre” about “amnesties” is staged, for effect, but produces little. In the meantime you can go to a pub in Catford, get to know certain people, and get a shooter, and some food if you’re rich, in the fullness of time, for a wad of cash. I expect this is still the case.

A totally-disarmed citizenry is a pre-requisite for a tyrannical government being able to entrench itself permanently – just look at the Third Reich, and Stalin’s USSR before that, its mirror.

At least the USA still has the Second Amendment, but for how long I wonder?

A libertarian wonders to what extent States are now prepared to go, via the public slaughter of (chiefly and on purpose)  children, to deprive citizens of all the world’s most civilised nations, of firearms. When will they start on kitchen-knives, I wonder, or angle-grinders, or power drills? Or chain-saws? (Perhaps that’s why you can now be fined for doing moderate electrical repairs in your house, like rewiring it yourself, or changing a window without certification….)

Why doesn’t this go on in Africa, which is bursting at the seams with guns? Or South America? Or Saudi-Arabia? Or Syria?

Why the first-world West? Can anybody help me here?

…and I think Mr Underclass quietly agrees with me, about my main hypothesis.

A British State-directed Chemistry paper for intelligent 16-year-olds

David Davis

Here’s the chemistry. It’s called CHY1A (Higher).

http://store.aqa.org.uk/qual/gcse/qp-ms/AQA-CHY1AP-W-QP-MAR08.PDF

And here’s the “mark scheme”:-

http://store.aqa.org.uk/qual/gcse/qp-ms/AQA-CHY1AP-W-MS-MAR08.PDF

I’ll leave you all in suspense for a couple of hours about the physics.

If you go here, then you  _might be able to_ hack past the “secure download” username/password thingies, to get at “Edexcel” papers too. They won’t let you download these unless you are a British State Apparatchik teacher in a scumbag-school with a password. You see, the State does not want you to help your child do well, if your are a mere parent, or even if you are the independent child, looking for yourself.

Tony, can you get onto this one please, and crakc it maybe?

UPDATE2:- It’s no use merely moaning and whingeing as I am doing here. Even by bringing this more to people’s attention, we can change little in a hurry. The State has not only taken Nazi ownership of our children, but has also intellectually cast them adrift at the same time, and it’s all probably deliberate.

The remedy is to live with them in a houseful of books, use the said books liberally in front of them while making sure that these are text books about real stuff and not pretentiously awful Booker-novels, and discuss with them scientific discoveries and the history of same at mealtimes.

UPDATE1:- From Driver Rob, this is fine stuff and I agree totally. I also use “old” O-level (remember that?) text books to support A2-students of 18 in maths, and “old” GCSE science ones from the 80s and the pre-Blair-90s in general, to cover random GcSE/AS/A2 work from the ages of 15-19.
