Busy today

But I’d love to give you something to chew on if I could. In default of that, I refer you to my chums Boatang and Demetriou, who sock it to the wicked evil left , today, in marginally less positive terms than I customarily use.

It’s not really clear if B&D have gotten round to _/my/_ notion that the “left” has purposefully and fundamentally chosen to _/be/_ objectively wicked, or whether its effects, coming from “projects”, as tried time and time again, just make it look like that, even though it means to force people to be good and behave well – even à-l’outrance of killing them so as to ensure that [they are good and behave well].

  1. Thanks for the article, old chap. In terms of whether the left behave out of self-perceived altruism or whether it’s part of a specific agenda, I am of the belief that it is a mix of the two.

These people base their beliefs more on blind, idealistic drivel, emotion and dogmatic quasi socialism.

I found Jonah Goldberg’s ‘Liberal Fascism’ most instructive in the mindset of the modern ‘liberal’ left. Well worth a read.

All the best to you, sir.

    Regards

    John Demetriou

As the old cliche goes, don’t ascribe to conspiracy what can be explained by stupidity. I think they really believe that what they are doing is for the best. Well, most of it anyway – not sure that some of what’s going on at the moment isn’t scorched earth stuff to try to screw the county badly enough to ensure a one term Tory government, and that certainly is evil.
