You want to do that because otherwise there will be no poor people left on the planet for you to patronize, and pretend to beat us with, so you bastards can have jobs, in case we lose concentration for a moment and agree with you that their poverty is our fault.
Our fault? Why? WE, not you, defined their poverty as hideous, and we showed what would be achieved instead, and you did not.
Why did we do that? We were trying to help them before you had even heard of them, because we are Christian liberals, which is to say, conservatives. We even had boats and regarded the Sea as a Road and not a Fence or a Wall, but your “philosophers” lived in “Europe” and were land-bound. In this difference I think lies one of the roots of Anglosphere-libertarianism. Our borders are wherever a boat can make landfall, but yours are just…fences and walls. I’m so sorry, but there it is. It’s an epistemological difference in how a human perceives reality.
Why do so many libertarians like SF?
